Internal pressure unusual conditions investigation and treatment of oxidation dryer in PTA plant

通过PTA装置粗对苯二甲酸干燥机内压增高现象排查及分析,查找到气相管线腐蚀引起的换热器堵塞的根本原因,针对性采取措施,彻底解决了该系统影响运行周期的问题。

Through the investigation and analysis of the internal pressure increased phenemenon of crude tereph- thalic acid dryer in PTA plant, it was found out that the heat exchanger blocking caused by gas phase pipeline corrsion was the basic reason. Treatment measures were carried out to completely solve the problems affecting the system operation period.
