摘要
对尾部安装有SCR装置的电厂锅炉,通过SCR脱硝各种实验,找到了SCR脱硝装置经济运行效率,在符合新标准的前提下减少NH3用量和SCR出口NH3逃逸量,延长SCR催化剂的使用寿命,减少SCR装置对锅炉设备的影响,提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。
Through SCR denitration experiments, we found the economic efficiency of SCR DeNO~ unit for the power plant whose tail installed SCR device. Under the premise of being in line with the new standards, NH3 dosage and NH3 escapement of SCR outlet was reduced, lifetime of SCR catalyst was extended, influence of SCR system to boiler equipment was reduced, and the economy and safety of boiler was improved.
