永城煤电控股集团有限公司热电厂4#锅炉的飞灰含碳量一度高达40%,近年来经过技术分析、设备改造和运行调整,目前飞灰含碳量降低至8%~10%,为锅炉的安全、稳定、经济运行打下良好的基础,同时也为其它锅炉降低飞灰含碳量提供参考.
The fly ash carbon content of 4# boiler in Thermal Power Plant of Yongcheng Coal & Electricity Holding Group Co., Ltd. was as high as 40%. Through technical analysis, equipment transformation and operational adjustments in recent years, the current fly ash carbon content has been reduced to 8% to 10%, which not only lays a good foundation for safe, stable and economic operation of boilers, but also provide references for reducing fly ash carbon content of other boiler.
