孙中山发展海南经济的构想及其实现

Ideas of Sun Yat-sen and Implementation of Economic Development of Hainan

民国初年,孙中山提出琼州改省,并通过移民开荒,建设港口交通,开发天然富源等方式发展海南经济的构想,但该构想在当时历史条件下根本无法实现。1988年海南建省实现了海南经济的腾飞;2012年设立三沙市提高了海南省战略地位,才使当年孙中山设想成为现实。

In the early years of the Republic of China, Sun Yat - sen put forward that Qiongzhou （ an old name for Hainan） be changed into a province and develop its economy by immigration reclamation, construc- ting port traffic, and exploiting natural resources. However, the idea could not come true under the historical condition at that time. Since 1988 when Hainan Province was established, the economy of Hainan has realized an economic take -off. And, the creation of Sansha City in 2012 has further improved the strategic position of Hainan Province. Now, Sun Yat - sen＇ s idea of Hainan＇ s economic development is becoming a reality.
