摘要
公安5要素中存在各种轨迹信息,不同轨迹之间的关联性对于警务判案、决策分析有着重要的作用。本文通过信息交换共享、多轨联动分析和GIS技术,基于公安部的警用地理信息系统平台建立了一个多源数据轨迹分析系统,实现了警用车辆、营运车辆、网吧上网人员、旅店住宿人员等多源数据的轨迹查询和多轨联动分析。
The five elements of public security have various kinds of track information. The connection of different tracks is impor- tant for the pulice case and decision analysis. By using the technique of information sharing, multi-track interaction and Geographic In- formation System（GIS） , the paper set up a multiple data path analysis system, allowing track query and multi-track interaction analysis of multi-source data, such as the cop wheels, commerial vehicle, Internet bar staff, hotel accommodation personnel and so on. The pa- per could ＇also provide a kind of solution mentality and realizing method for police aided decision applications.
