摘要
输气管道空压机是重点耗能设备。从节能角度出发,分析了空压机变频技术原理、变频器特点、改造的必要性、变频改造的主要内容和改造前后的节能效益对比分析。以某一压气站为例,根据空压机的型号选择相应的变频器,在空压机房进行安装。改造后空压机运行噪音下降,启动平稳,压力控制精度提高。通过72 h工变频试验,节电效果明显,具有非常好的社会效益、经济效益和安全生产效益,具有推广应用价值。
The air compressor in gas transportation pipeline is main energy-consumption unit.The principle of air compressor frequency conversion technology,the frequency converter characteristics,the need of reform,the main content of frequency conversion transformation and the compared analysis before&after transformation have been analyzed in this paper.Based on the type of air compressor,the matching frequency converter has been selected and installed in air compressor room.The running noise of air compressor has been reduced and the pressure controlling precision can be improved after transformation.The 72 h testing shows that the energy-saving effects are obvious and it has better social,economic and safety benefits.
