摘要
目前,大部分高职院校系部工作考核并不完善,在指标体系、考核主体、考核方式、考核结果分析和反馈等方面存在较多问题。本文针对高职院校系部工作考核的现状和问题,提出改进对策:目标考核和过程考核结合,以目标考核为主;完善指标体系,明确评价标准;增加考核主体,完善考核方法;注重结果分析和反馈,强调经验传播和问题改进;加强考核者培训,减少考核中的主观错误;改进考核工具,提高评价效率。
Considering the present situation of incomplete work evaluation in departments at higher vocational colleges, with many problems in ways of evaluation index system, the evaluation subjects, the evaluation methods, the evaluation result analysis and the feedback, a solution is put up in this article to solve these problems:to combine the target evaluation and process evaluation with the target evaluation as the main part, to complete the evaluation index systems, specify the evaluation standards, to add more evaluation subjects, to improve the evaluation methods, to attach importance to the evaluation result analysis and the feedback, to emphasize the experience sharing and the correctness and improvement, to enhance the training of the evaluators, decreasing the subjective errors, to improve the evaluation methods and to raise evaluation ef iciency.
