Study on College Counselors' Classified Development and Evaluation from the Perspective of Specialization

高校辅导员分类发展是专业化背景下,辅导员向职业化、专家化方向发展的有效模式探索。基于专业化的视角,结合辅导员工作实际,开展辅导员岗位分类设置与选聘,鼓励辅导员在专项学生工作领域的发展,加强分类培养与考评,支持辅导员成为思想政治教育工作方面的专门人才,从而增强辅导员队伍建设实效。

College counselors＇ classified development under the specialized background is an effective mode of team construction in professional and expert direction. From a perspective of specialization, combined with practical work, this paper puts forward the counselor job classification and selection, counselors’development in the field of special students work, the classified training and evaluation, and strong support for counselors to be specialized personnel of ideological and political education, in order to enhance the effectiveness of counselor team construction.
