摘要
通过对生产实际情况进行分析 ,说明了集约式电阻点缝焊控制系统研制的必要性。介绍了以触摸式薄膜按键、八段显示器和发光二极管指示灯构成的集约式操作显示面板优化布局设计。提出了各种组合式电阻焊循环方式 ,分别讨论了各方式的功能及适用性。本文所讨论的设计方案均已实现于KDF-4型点缝焊控制箱 ,其各项功能均在生产实践中得到了验证。
The development of the concentrated resistance welding control system is besed on the analysis of operation requirements in the industry.In the design is incorporated a multifunctional concentracted control panel featuring high performance and simple structure.A concept of composite welding cycle is put forward,the function and realization of which are discussed,All the design and conceptions discussed have been realized in KDF-4 spot/seem welding controller and verified in a production line.
