雷锋精神对大学生德育价值的实现路径

Ways of Realizing Value of Lei Feng Spirit in College Students' Moral Education

当前雷锋精神德育价值的理论研究,是我国高等学校的道德教育体系建设的需要,是指导高校大学生正确树立道德价值观的理论支撑,同时也是培养其道德品质的根本需要。通过对雷锋精神在当前大学生中认知情况的广泛调查,得出当前高校德育工作的若干启示。深入分析雷锋精神对大学生的具体德育价值,从坚定理想信念、培养服务意识、端正务实态度、倡导志愿活动等路径出发,提倡雷锋精神,从而对大学生德育价值观进行正确的培养。

Currently, theoretical research on the moral value of Lei Feng spirit is a need of constructing a moral education system in Chinese higher education institutions, a theoretical support to guide college students to form proper moral values, and a necessity to enhance their moral characters. This paper demonstrates the enlightenments for higher education moral educators, obtained via an extensive survey among college students concerning their cognition towards Lei Feng Spirit. The specific moral values of Lei Feng Spirit among college students are analyzed, and ways of advocating this spirit, which are consolidating ideology, developing service awareness, forming pragmatic attitude, and promoting volunteerism, are proposed, so as to realize fostering moral values of college students.
