An Inevitable Choice of the New Generation of Rural Migrant Workers in the Process of Urbanization: Continuing Education

伴随着城镇化步伐而大量涌现的新生代农民工是21世纪我国经济建设不可缺少的力量,他们与传统的农民工有着显著的区别。继续教育是新生代农民工提升综合素质、更好地融入城市生活、实现自我价值的重要途径。本文针对当前新生代农民工继续教育的现状存在的一些问题进行了分析,并提出相应的建议。

The new generation of rural migrant workers, who emerges in the process of urbanization in China and differs from traditional migrant workers, constitutes an essential part in the economic construction of 21st century. Continuing education plays an important role in helping the new generation of rural migrant workers to improve their overall quality, integrate into urban life, and realize their life value. This paper analyzes some problems in current situation of continuing education for this generation and proposes some countermeasures.
