摘要
就业教育是高校就业工作的重要组成部分。为此,高校需要构建"大就业教育"体系,就业教育需要积极创新理念,进一步明确目标,建立长效机制,切实转变高校就业教育观念和大学生择业就业观念,增强大学毕业生择业、就业、创业核心竞争力和职业适应能力,把家长、用人单位和社会对大学生就业及职业拓展的广泛关注融于大学生就业教育的全过程中去,有针对性地开展工作。这就需要建立健全机制,保证就业教育实施;强化服务意识,全心全意谋就业;树立大团队思想,开展就业教育;狠抓科研工作,促进就业教育;解放就业教育思想,拓展就业教育渠道;建好软硬件环境,保障大就业教育体系建设;划拨专项经费,支持就业教育工作开展。
Employment education, as an essential part of university student 's job - hunting, requires the construction of "great employment education" system with its innovation in idea, goal and process in employment. This system aims at improving undergraduate's capacity in competitive employment by integrating the work of their parents, the requirement of enterprise and the need of society. This paper analyzes some practical methods to enhance the construction of "great employment education" system from the aspects of educational ideas, finance, hardware and software.
