摘要
移动式胶带输送机是散货码头堆场堆存作业的重要设备,作为流程作业的重要补充,其通讯控制方式稳定性是决定整个流程作业过程顺畅与否的关键。通过研究将通讯控制方式由原来的有线通讯改为现在的无线通讯控制方式,既减少了有线通讯控制时故障的发生,又便于集中控制,提高了控制的灵活性和精准性。
Being an important piece of equipment in both the stacking and pile-storing operations of the bulk freight port, the mobile belt-type conveyor often acts as an important supplement in the flow c)peration,in which case the stability of the commu- nications-controlling mode of the conveyor is the key to the smoothness of the whole flow operation. Upon the basis of our stud- ies,tbe communications-controlling mode is transformed from the wired communications-controlling mode to the present wire- less communications-controlling mode, which not only reduces the occurrence of faults when the wired communications-control- ling mode was adopted, but also facilitates the integrated control, thus much improving the flexibility and precision of the control.
