摘要
目的初步探讨临床护士绩效考核的指标。方法以平衡计分卡和关键业绩指标法为理论指导,遵循SMART原则建立函询问卷雏形,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,建立临床护士绩效考核的指标。结果临床护士绩效考核指标包括工作表现、工作量、工作质量、工作能力及学习与科研5个一级条目,下设22个二级条目。结论临床护士绩效考核指标具有科学性和可靠性,可为临床护士绩效考核提供理论依据。
Objective To construct an index system of the performance appraisal to clinic nurses. Methods According to the BSC, KPI and SMART principal, we constructed the primary eval- uation indexes. And then two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted. Results An index sys- tem of the performance appraisal to clinic nurses was composed of 5 level- 1 indexes, including 22 in- dexes. Conclusions The index system has high scientific nature and reliability to provide a theoretical basis for the performance appraisal to clinic nurses.
