Pt/CeO_2-ZrO_2催化剂低温催化氧化低浓度正己烷废气

Low-Temperature Catalytic Oxidation of Low-Density-N-Hexane Waste Gas by Pt/CeO_2-ZrO_2

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了堇青石蜂窝陶瓷负载Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂,测定了其低温催化氧化活性。结果表明,Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂具有良好的催化活性,Pt负载量大的催化剂活性越好,6%Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂的T50为240℃、T90为272℃,空速为20000h-1,对正己烷净化转化率可达100%,适合正己烷工业废气净化处理。 Pt / CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts coated on cordierite honeycomb ceramics are produced by impregnation method and the low-temperature catalytic oxidation activity is determined. The results indicate that Pt / CeOz-ZrO2 catalysts have high activity. The higher Pt load is, the higher catalyst activity is. T50 of 6%Pt / CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts researches 240℃ and the T9o is up to 272℃. The space velocity is 20000h^-1, and n-hexane-purified conversion rate is 100%. Those above conditions are suitable for n-hexane waste gas purification treatment.
