摘要
近年来,随着我国浅表煤炭资源开采殆尽,许多矿井转入深部开采。深部矿井地质状况比较复杂,难以支护。我国部分巷道出现反复返修、巷道利用率低的现象,借鉴我国近年来在软岩破碎巷道支护方面取得的成就,提出巷道支护方式优化方案。对深井巷道支护采取不同的支护组合,然后通过F LAC3D数值模拟和监测巷道前期支护效果,优化巷道支护设计方案。达到改善支护效果,降低巷道返修率,降低支护成本,提高施工效率的目的。
In recent yeas, with the superficial coal resources running out, many mines turn to deep exploitation. Due to the complex geological conditions of deep mine, it's very difficult to do the supporting. There exist phenomenon of constant maintenance and low utilization in the domestic roadways. Based on the recent achievements on the road way supporting ofcrushing soft rock in our nation, the optimization scheme has been put forward. Various supporting combinations have been adopted for deep roadway supporting, and FLAC3D has been used to do the numerical simulation and early detection of support effect, which will optimize the roadway supporting scheme, improve the supporting effect, reduce roadway repairing rate and supporting cost, and raise the construction efficiency.
