This paper describes the current development of the logistics industry in Henan Province to build a fuzzy clustering model for the analysis of the logistics industry in Henan Province. The logistics priority has been sorted out for the cites in Henan province to offer some reference for the provincial logistics nodes design, which provides a significant guidance for the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure in Henan Province.
