摘要
按照呼图壁储气库地质与气藏工程研究结果及注采气工程优化设计,决定对HUHWK2注采水平井采用射孔方式进行完井,以实现气井大排量注采与长期安全运行要求。由于呼图壁气田目前已处于开发后期,地层压力系数较低(0.46),对500长的水平段实施射孔及完井作业工艺复杂、周期长、储层保护难度大。根据储气库气井完井管柱结构特点,在对不同完井液的性能研究的基础上,对水平井完井工艺进行充分论证、优化,最后确定该井采用两趟管柱射孔、提枪、完井、投产施工工艺进行完井作业。2012年10月,该井成功应用于现场。
According to the Study results of gas reservoir engineering and optimization design of gas production engineering for Hutubi natural gas storage,HUHWK2 horizontal wells used for injection and production will be completed by perforating in order to achieve large injection-production gas and meet safety requirements of long-term operation.The formation pressure coefficient is low(0.46) now because Hutubi gas field has been in the later period of the development.Perforation and completion operation process is complex and operation cycle is long for horizontal well with the horizontal section 500 meters,which leads to difficult reservoir protection.According to the gas well completion string structure characteristics and based on the study of the performance of different completion fluid,completion technology of two trip string operation was finally confirmed with full argument and optimization.In October 2012,the process was successfully applied to the site of the well.
