摘要
胺基抑制剂SIAT含有极性胺基,易被粘土优先吸附,可固定粘土片层的间距,降低粘土水化膨胀,具有良好的抑制效果。胺基抑制剂与呼图壁储气库原设计钻井液体系具有良好的配伍性,提升了原有体系的抑制性。针对安集海河组地层的水敏性起到了积极的抑制作用,有效的保证了井眼稳定,对后续的电测、下套管等作业提供了良好的井眼。胺基抑制剂在呼图壁储气库的成功应用,将为南缘顺利钻穿安集海河组地层提供一种新的思路,为大面积推广使用该处理剂起到了积极的作用。
Amine inhibitor SIAT has a good inhibitory effect.This inhibitor reduces the hydration swelling of clay results from the fact that it can be absorbed easily by clay and can fix the clay layer spaces due to the polar amino group.The amine inhibitor improves the inhibition of the original drilling fluid system,because it has a good compatibility with the original designed drilling fluid system.The water sensitivity of Anjihaihe stratum is inhibited and a stable wellbore is provided for the following well logging and cementing operations.The successful application of the Amine inhibitor in Hutubi gas storage provides a new way for drilling the Anjihaihe stratum of southern margin,and plays a positive role in large scale use of this additive.
