石南21油田抽油光杆上部断脱分析及对策研究 被引量:6

摘要 抽油井光杆连接抽油机悬绳器与井下抽油杆柱,承受井下抽油杆柱及液柱载荷,随着抽油机驴头上下往复运动带动井下杆柱及抽油泵活塞上下往复运动,达到抽汲作用。生产实践中,经常发生抽油井光杆上部断脱,造成油气泄露、环境污染等生产事故,严重地影响了油田的正常生产。本文结合石南21油田生产实际,应用自动化监控资料分析抽油井光杆上部断脱原因,提出预防措施。 Connecting polished rod eye and rod string,Pumping well polished rod bears rod string and liquid column load。With the Horsehead pumping up and down reciprocating movement driven underground rod and pump piston reciprocating movement up and down,it achieves the swabbing effect.Based on productive practice,at the top of pumping well polished rod often breaks off,causing a gas leak and environmental pollution accident,seriously affecting the normal oil production.In this paper,combined with the actual production of Shinan 21 oilfield,automatic monitoring data analysis and application of pumping well polished rod breaking causes,the prevention measures are put forward.
