摘要
目前,我国学前教育发展不均衡现象十分明显,在县域之内表现得尤为突出。学前教育一体化是县域学前教育均衡发展的需要,要坚持以人为本、公平发展、共同发展、统筹发展及优先发展的原则。县域学前教育一体化发展的策略有制订县域一体化发展规则、加强幼儿园经费投入方式改革、实现教育资源配置一体化等。
At present,the phenomenon of uneven development of China' preschool education is very obvious,especially in counties. To balance its development,it is necessary for those counties to integrate preschool education,which needs to adhere to the people-oriented policy and the principle of fair development,common development,harmonious development and giving priority to the development of preschool education. The following countermeasures can be taken to promote the development of preschool education,such as formulating the integrative development rules from the macro perspective,strengthening the kindergarten funding reforms and optimizing the allocation of educational resources.
