当代中国粮食安全问题探析

Contemporary Issues of Grain Security in China

“国以民为本，民以食为天”，粮食关系着国计民生。“无粮不稳，无粮则乱”，粮食安全乃是国家安全的重要基础。粮食安全是世界性问题．世界各国都高度重视国家粮食安全及其安全保障问题。本文从粮食安全的内涵、现状、面临的严峻形势及保障措施等四个方面，对当代中国粮食安全问：题进行探析。

＂National serving the country, hunger breeds discontentment＂, grain is very important to the people＇s livelihood. ＂Without grain flabby, without grain chaotic＂, the food security is the important base of national security. The problem of the food security is worldwide, and countries all over the world pay high attention to it. This paper tries to analyze the problem of the safety of Chinese grain through a sys-tematic analysis of its connotation, current situation, severe circumstances and safeguard measures.
