肺炎球菌荚膜多糖对人体免疫应答状态的初步研究

摘要 目的探讨人体自然状态下对PPV23所涵括的各血清型肺炎球菌的总体应答情况。方法以30名健康人、32名CAP患者为研究对象,采用ELISA法测定血清中抗体。结果 CAP患者血清抗肺炎球菌荚膜多糖IgG抗体浓度高于健康人(P<0.05),CAP患者抗肺炎球菌荚膜多糖IgM抗体浓度与健康人比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论健康个体既往均曾感染肺炎球菌,或可对寄生状态肺炎球菌产生一定的初次免疫应答。肺炎球菌荚膜多糖作为TI抗原可引起健康个体产生回忆性免疫应答。 Objective To investigate the immune response of human to pneumococcal capsule polysaccharide in natural state. Methods Sera were taken from 30 healthy,and 32 CAP subjects. The anti-pneumococcal polysaccharide antibodies in sera were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The concentrations of the anti-pneumoccoccal capsular polysaccharide IgG antibodies in the CAP patients were statically significant higer than those in the healthy adults(P〈0.05). Compared with the healthy adults, the concentrations of the anti-pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide IgM antibodies in the CAP patients were not statically significantly different(P〉0.05). Conclusion All healthy subjects have ever been infected with pneumoeoccus before or colonized bacteria can induce immune responses. The subjects seemed to have immune memory for pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide. Despite of the TI nature of pneumoeoccal capsular polysaccharide,it might be able to induce memory immune responses.
