武当武术与十堰市高校体育的共建发展研究

Mutual Construction and Development of Wudang Wushu and College Sports in Shiyan

通过运用文献资料法,调查法等方法,从调查十堰市高校武当武术开展的现状入手,研究武当武术与十堰市高校体育共建发展的可行性及方法,对如何促进武当武术与十堰市高校体育共建发展提出具体对策,旨在促进十堰市高校开展具有地方特色的武当武术项目,更好地进行十堰市高校的体育教学改革、传承民族传统体育。

By using the method of literature review and investigation, from investigating the present development situation of Wudang Wushu in Shiyan college, this paper studies the feasibility and method of the mutual construc- tion and development of Wudang Wushu and college sports in Shiyan, and to propose solutions. The main purpose is to promote the launching of Wudang Wushu and physical education teaching reform and carrying on the national traditional sports.
