Diversity of Exercise Training Organization and Arrangement Art

训练的组织艺术作为教学论的崭新分支,是科学与艺术的有机统一,科学的一面着重探讨科学训练的规律及其应用;艺术的一面着重探讨训练艺术的基本理论及手段和技巧。排球训练的任务,不仅要向运动员传授专业技术知识,而要在更高层次上体现运动训练的组织艺术。本文以排球训练为切入点,通过阐明排球训练组织艺术的方法,探讨新颖多样的排球训练方式,加强对训练组织的创造研究,提高运动员科学的思维能力和综合素质,最终达到训练主、客体充分享受训练过程,从而将排球训练组织安排艺术推向更高境界。

Organization art in training is a new branch of teaching theory. It can integrate science and technology into the unification. Science explores its law and application. Art studies the fundamental theory, means and tech- niques of art in training. Volleyball training task is not only to teach players skillful knowledge of majoring in physical education, but also to reflect organization art in training for volleyball in order to achieve higher level. This paper illustrates the organization methods of art in training for volleyball, explores the ingenious ways of training for volleyball, strengthens creative studies of the organization in training, enhances scientific thinking a- bilities and integrated quality of players and makes the trainer and the trainee to obtain a stat.e of their physical and mental enjoyment in the training process. By doing so, it is conducive to promote organization in training for volleyball to higher stage.
