Railway Freight Reform Highly Influenced to Coal Transportation

分析了铁路货运现状以及面临的问题,认为铁路货运改革是市场化改革的必然趋势。并就铁路货运改革对简化货运手续,提高煤炭运输效率,规范货运收费,降低煤炭运输成本等方面做了进一步阐述。同时指出,铁路市场化的推进会进一步推进煤炭市场化发展,对煤炭行业将产生长远影响。

The paper analyzed the present status and the faced problems of the railway freight and provided that the railway freight reform was the necessary tendency of the market reform. A further statement was conducted on the railway freight re- form to simplify the freight formalities, improve the coal transportation efficiency, standardize the freight charges and reduce the coal transportation cost and others. Meanwhile the paper pointed out that the promotion of the railway marketization also would further push the development of the coal marketization and would have a long-term influence to the coal industry.
