摘要
为了发挥财务结算中心在煤炭企业日常经营管理中的重要作用,结合煤炭企业实际情况,从历史原因、功能发挥、全面预算等方面指出当前煤炭企业财务结算中心存在的问题,并针对问题提出了完善煤炭企业集团财务结算中心的措施。
On order to play an important role of the financial settlement center in the daily operation and management of the coal enterprise, in combination with the actual conditions of the coal enterprise, from the historical causes, function play, full budget and others, the paper pointed out the problems existed in the financial settlement center of the present coal enterprises and provide the measures to improve the financial settlement center of the coal enterprise groups according to the related prob- lems.
