以中煤科工集团重庆研究院企业文化建设工作为例,在研究企业历史文化和企业管理中存在问题的基础上,对企业文化的改进提升工作进行了探讨。并对煤炭企业文化建设工作提出:进一步提升企业文化理念、深入推行文化体系、加强领导等管理策略。

Taking the enterprise cuhure construction work of Chongqing Research Institute, China Coal Technology and Engi- neering Group and based on the study on the problems existed in the enterprise history culture and enterprise management, the paper discussed the improvement and upgrading work of the enterprise culture. The paper provided management tactics for the culture construction work of the coal enterprise, that have the upgraded enterprise culture idea, the extensive culture system promotion and the strengthen leadership.
