The thesis introduces the environmental background, technical methods and policy support of existing building energy-saving transfor- mation in hot-summer and cold-winter area, and describes external wall insulation, window and stairs energy-saving transformation of existing building, with a view to provide some technical basis for similar energy-saving engineering transformation.
