摘要
以海带为原料制取叶绿素铜钠盐 ,研究确定海带用 5%CuSO4铜化 1 3h ,以丙酮乙醇混合液 ( 95∶5)为溶剂 ,料液比为 1∶50 ,60℃条件下提取 2 .0h。结果粗产品得率 5.0 3% ,产品达到国标GB32 62规定标准。
The study is about the preparation of sodium copper chlorophyllin from kelp. The optimum extraction condition is that the kelp is immersed with 5% CuSO 4 for 13 hours, then extracted at 60 ℃ for 2 hours by using mixed solvent which is composed of 95% acetone and 5% ethanol. The ratio of it to kelp is 50∶1. The crude production rate is 5.03%. Its quality is up to the standard of GB3262.
