丙烯腈尾气低温氧化催化剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:2

Preparation and performance evaluation of acrylonitrile off-gas low-temperature oxidation catalyst

摘要 以Pd为活性组分,Al2O3/CeO2为载体,采用浸渍法制备出一系列丙烯腈尾气(AOG)低温氧化催化剂。利用BET,XRD,CO-DRIFTS,XPS等分析方法对催化剂进行了物性表征,并评价了其对AOG中可燃物的催化活性。结果表明,Pd负载量最佳值为3%,负载在CeO2上的Pd处于更高价态,分散程度优于Al2O3;随着Pd负载量增大,催化剂对CO,C3H6和C3H8的起燃活性均升高,半转化温度(T50)降低;以CeO2作为载体,有助于促进CO和烃类的低温转化。 A series of acrylonitrile off-gas low temperature oxidation catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using Pd as active component and Al2O3 or CeO2 as carrier.The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,CO-DRIFTS and XPS,and the catalytic activity were evaluated.The results showed that the best Pd loading mass fraction was 3%.The catalyst of Pd/CeO2 had higher oxidation states and dispersion than Pd/ Al2O3.With increasing Pd loading mass fraction,the light-off performance of the catalyst for CO,C3H6,C3Hs was improved and the half-conversion temperature (T50) decreased.The conversion at low temperature of CO and hydrocarbon was promoted with CeO2 as carrier.
