摘要
基于等效磁荷法推导出永磁起重器模型周围磁场的解析式,使用Matlab对解析式进行图像处理,绘出整个体系空间周围磁场分布,针对一种起重永磁器进行了实验,求出了拉脱力与旋转角度的关系,证明了此计算方法的正确性。最后,在Ansoft Maxwell 2D有限元分析的二维瞬态磁场的分析模块中,对起重永磁设备的磁感应强度分布情况及力与旋转角度的关系进行了分析,得出不同旋转角度时周围磁力线分布,验证了此设计方法的正确性。该研究结果对永磁设备中磁场的计算和磁路的设计具有参考价值。
Analytical expression was deduced for magnetic field distribution of permanent magnet lifting equipment based on equivalent magnetic charge, and the image of the analytical expression &awed by Matlab. Experiment was performed on a kind of lifting equipment, and the pulling force with rotation angle obtained, certifying the calculation method. At last, by using 2-D transient magnetic field analysis module in Ansoft the magnetic field distribution of the permanent magnet lifting equipment and pulling force with rotation angle was analysed. This research is of reference to magnetic field calculation and circuit design of permanent magnet equipments.
