摘要
为了改善锶铁氧体在磁选设备和衬板中的应用,提高锶铁氧体磁性能和力学性能,以永磁铁氧体预烧料(SrFe12O19)作为原料,添加葡萄糖酸钙、CaCO3、Al2O3、SiO2,在烧结温度1240℃、恒温2h条件下,采用陶瓷法制备锶铁氧体,并用扫描电镜、磁性测试仪、维氏硬度计、X射线衍射仪等对样品性能进行检测和物相分析。结果表明,对于葡萄糖酸钙(0.3wt%)、CaCO3(0.5wt%)、Al2O3(0.5wt%)、SiO2(0.3wt%)的组合添加,样品性能较优:Br=406.7mT,Hcj=336.7kA/m,(BH)max=35.58kJ/m3。合适的添加剂种类、剂量及纳米化提高了磁性相的取向度,改善了磁体的综合磁性能和力学性能。
In order to improve applications of strontium ferrite in magnetic separation equipment and lining board, using presintered SrFe12O19 as starting materials, and adding calcium gluconate, CaCO3, Al2O3, SiO2, strontim ferrite was prepared by ceramic process. The sample was characterized by scanning electron microscope, magnetic material automatic testing equipment, Vickers hardness tester and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The results show that relatively good magnetic property is achieved with Br=406.7mT, Hcj=336.7kA/m, (BH)max=35.58kJ/m^3 for sample with combined adding of 0.3wt% calcium gluconate, 0.5wt% CaCO3 , 0.5wt% Al2O3 and 0.3wt% SiO2. As a result of proper kinds and amount of nano-additives, the aligment of magnetic phase, and resultantly the comprehensive magnetic and mechanical properties of the material is improved.
