摘要
主要通过使用ANSYS有限元分析软件介绍分离式模型和整体式模型从开始选择材料、建立模型、网格划分、施加约束及荷载到最后进行后处理云图的提取。分析比较它们在各个过程中的异同点,最后通过两个模型得到的数据与材料力学计算的数据进行对比,可知运用ANSYS软件模拟的分离式模型和整体式模型两者均在有效地使用范围内,且分离式模型与材料力学计算结果更为接近。
This paper mainly introduced material selection, building model, meshing, imposing constraints and load and picking up the post-processing cloud between separated model and integral model through the use of ANSYS finite element analysis software. Analysis and compare the similarities and differences in each process, from the final data is obtained by the two models compared with material mechanics calculation data, we know that separated model and integral model are both within the scope of the effective use, and separate model is more close to material mechanics calculation results.
