摘要
轴心轨迹是反映旋转机械状态的一种重要参数。本文提出了新的轴心轨迹特征量与识别方法,即以孔洞数、面积与周长比值、质心位置、凹入个数和交叉点位置作为特征量,采用模板比较法和快速判断法来识别轴心轨迹,具有针对性,计算速度快。使用VC++进行编程、试验,获得了良好的效果。
Axis trajectory is an important parameter reflecting rotating machinery state. This paper puts forward new axis trajectory characteristics and identification methods. Holes; number, area-toperimeter ratio, mass center's position, indentations; number and intersection;s position are used as features to recognize axis path in two ways-template comparison method and fast judgment method. They are targeted methods and the computing speed is fast. Use VC++for programming and test. The analysis obtained good result.
