浅析历史保护中公众参与的正能量——以天厨老厂房保护为例

A Brief analysis of positive energy in historic preservati on through the old plant of Tianchu

基于对原上海天厨味精厂所在顺昌路、合肥路街区的调研结果,结合实地探勘的心得体会和文献阅读习得的知识,浅析国内文化遗产和历史环境保护中公众参与的概念、制度和作用,归纳并提出"正能量保护意识"的新概念。旨在以天厨老厂房为例了解国内历史保护中公众参与现况与发展趋势,引用"正能量"的涵义,正面的公众参与对遗产保护、百姓生活和政府管理都大有裨益。

Based on the result of research of former plant of Tianchu that is near Shunchang Road and Hefei Road, combining feelings and experiences during research and knowledge from reading literature, the concept, system and function of public participation in historic preservation domestic are analyzed and a new concept ＇ protection awareness with positive energy＇ is proposed. The goal is to grasp the situation and development of public participation through the example of old plant of Tianchu. The concept of positive energy is quoted to clarify that public participation with positive energy is beneficial to the heritage, common people and government.
