生物细胞内不同类型钙振荡行为分岔研究

Bifurcation analysis of different kinds of bursting calcium oscillations in biological cell system

摘要 运用非线性分岔理论并结合数值仿真,针对具有快慢时间尺度的细胞内钙振荡的数学模型,研究具有重要生理意义且在实验中容易调控的单参数变化时钙离子不同类型的振荡行为。基于Izhikevich提出的分类方法,在Borghans-Dupont模型中分别得到了拟周期型簇振荡等多种簇振荡模式。 According to the calcium oscillatory model with fast and slow time scales,nonlinear bifurcation analysis and numerical simulation are applied to study the different calcium oscillations as one important and amendable parameter varying.Based on the strategy proposed by Izhikevich,quasi-period bursting and "SubHopf-SubHopf" of point-cycle and point-point type bursting in Borghans-Dupont model are studied.
