吊物和索具伤害事故的发生规律和控制途径

摘要 从安全系统工程学角度论述了木材装卸机械吊物和索具伤害事故的问题。从人、设备和环境三大类因素出发,建立起木材装卸机械该两类伤害的FT系统分析模型。通过分析,找到了这两类伤害事故的发生规律、模式、最佳控制方案和控制事故的关键所在,并据此提出了有效对策。 The problems of accidents and injuries caused by hangging goods and riggings of the wood handling machines were dealt with in this paper from the point of the safety system cngincaring. The systematic analysing model FT of the two kinds of accidents has been developed based on the factors of human, eguipments and working environments. Thc happcnning laws, models, optimal controlling schemes and the keys to control the accidents have been produced from the analysing, and the effective countermeasures are devcloped on the basis of the results.
