摘要
根据1981—2010年期间气象测风塔实测数据分析,大庆地区达到了风能较丰富区的指标,有利于风力发电机有效利用。为此,提出在油田采区内布置中、小型风力发电机,与周边数台抽油机构成分布式风网互补供电系统的方案。优先利用风电,不足的部分由网电补充。对1台30 kW风力发电机为两台抽油机供电的方案进行测算,其结果表明,年节约电费1.58万元、减少污染物排放69.24 t。从风电技术、经济效益、环境保护等方面进行的可行性分析可知,此方案在技术和经济上切实可行。
According to the measured data by anemometer tower between 1981 and 2010, the wind energy in Daqing, the capacity index of which is rich, can be effectively utilized by wind power generator. Therefore, it is proposed to layout small and medium - scale wind power generators in oilfield, which formulate the distributed wind network complementary power supply system with pumping units nearby. The electricity generated by wind power is prior to be used, while the insufficient part is supplied by electric power network. Through the calculation of a 30 kW wind power generator for two pumping units, the result shows that 0. 58 million of electricity fee and 69.24 t of emission can be reduced. By the feasibility analysis from wind power technology, economic benefit and environment protection, the project is proved to be feasible technologically and economically.
