咽喉反流性疾病63例诊断及治疗分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨咽喉反流性疾病的诊断与治疗。方法对63例咽喉反流性疾病患者给予奥美拉唑口服12周,进行反流症状指数量表(RSI)和反流检查计分量表(RFS)评价。结果其中52例患者症状基本消失,咽喉部病变明显改善,11例患者症状明显减轻。治疗前后RSI和RFS的评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论奥美拉唑治疗咽喉反流性疾病临床疗效确切。
