摘要
在企业建设中,心理疏导是一种提高职工士气、减少抱怨、增强对企业的认同、促进各部门、各层次员工间沟通、改善组织气氛的重要手段,在这方面,工会要注意施展好自己的应有作为。
psychological counseling is a way to increase the staff' s confidence, to reduce the complaints, to strengthen the feeling of corporation identity, to promote communication among all kinds of departments and colleges, to improve organizational atmosphere. In this aspect, we should be careful with our own behavior and effect in the trade union.
