摘要
在单级磁阻型线圈发射器的发射过程中,影响其发射性能的因素很多,重点研究弹丸形位参数对单级磁阻型线圈发射器发射性能的影响。所研究的弹丸形位参数主要包括弹丸头部形状和弹丸初始触发位置。弹丸头部形状包括平头、锥形头和圆头三种,弹丸初始触发位置主要用弹丸与驱动线圈的相对位置来表示。利用Ansoft有限元仿真软件进行了动态仿真,得到了较为理想的弹丸头部形状以及最佳的弹丸初始触发位置,同时进行了试验验证。仿真和试验结果为后续多级磁阻型线圈发射器的研究提供了指导。
In the launch process of the single-stage reluctance coil launcher, many factors affect the launch properties, it focused on the influence of shape and position parameters on the launcher properties of the single-stage reluctance coil launcher. Shape and position parameters mainly include head shape of the pro- jectile and initial trigger position of the projectile. Head shape of the projectile includes flat head, conical head and round head, Initial trigger position of the projectile is shown by the relative position of the pro- jectile and the coil. It conducted dynamic simulation by the Ansoft software, and gets the ideal head shape of the projectile and the best initial trigger position of the projectile, at the same time, processes the relat- ed experiment. Simulation and experiment results provide guidance for study of the multi-stage reluctance coil launcher.
