摘要
为了研究某型车载转管机枪在样机试验中连续射击时出现枪弹击发后未发火现象对于机枪射击精度的影响,以多刚体动力学和柔性多体动力学理论为基础,并基于相同路面建立了该型机枪刚柔耦合的路面-车体-机枪系统的虚拟仿真模型。综合考虑轮胎与地面、车体与机枪之间的相互作用,仿真模拟了样机的射击试验过程。对机枪在枪弹完全击发与未完全击发时的情况分别进行了系统动力学分析和外弹道计算,获得了机枪的响应特性和弹着点散布情况。通过对试验数据和仿真结果的对比分析,得出枪弹未完全击发时对机枪射击精度的影响程度,为进一步研制该型车载机枪提供支持。
To study the influence of accident phenomenon when the bullets include fall-off of cartridge and ricochet are not total firing to the firing accuracy of a certain vehicular Gatling gun, a virtual simulation with rigid-flexible coupling is established based on the same road surface, the rigid multi-bod and flexible body dynamics theories.
