Safety Design of Chloride Dioxide Preparation for Pulp Bleaching

以甲醇法二氧化氯制备工艺为例,对工艺设计中的安全要点进行了阐述,重点对生产中涉及到的化学品、二氧化氯防护、系统安全设计、连锁控制设计、材质选择等进行了说明。

Chloride dioxide is the first choice of elementry chlorine free bleaching （ECF） in modern pulp mills. But it is prone to decomposi- tion during the preparation and will cause safety problem. With methanol preparation process as an example, the safety of process design are described in this paper. The dangerous chemicals, chlorine dioxide protection, system safety design, interlock control design and material se- lection are emphasized.
