油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒增殖及其活性检测 被引量:1

摘要 为探索利用油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒(BuSuNPV)来防控危害桉树的油桐尺蠖的方法,以一定浓度的病毒感染室内人工饲养的油桐尺蠖幼虫,幼虫致死后分离提纯其上病毒并使其增殖,对所用增殖病毒感染的幼虫观测幼虫死亡率,并计算半致死浓度LC50、半致死量LD50、半致死时间LT50。结果表明BuSuNPV专一性强,对危害桉树上的油桐尺蠖幼虫具有较强的浸染力;病毒的增殖量随龄期增加而加大,2~5龄幼虫病毒的增殖量为2.06×105PIB^1×108PIB/虫,所增殖的病毒特异性强,对油桐尺蠖幼虫具有较强的致死性,其LC50=2.15×104PIB/mL,LD50=8.395×103PIB/头,以1×107PIB/mL感染3龄幼虫的LT50为6.7 d。说明用室内人工饲养的油桐尺蠖幼虫来增殖的BuSuNPV具有较高的杀虫活性,可考虑进一步开发利用用于林间防治该害虫。 The Buzura suppressaria larvae fed in laboratory were infected with a certain concentration of virus,then the virus was separated and purified from larvae after their death to proliferate.The larvae mortality and the value of LC50,LD50,LT50 were observed.The result showed that the virus proliferation increased with larvae instar increasing.The capacity of virus proliferation of 2-5 instar larvae was about 2.06 × 105-1 × 108 PIB / larvae,and the proliferation of the virus showed extremely specificity and lethal to B.suppressaria,The LC50,LD50 and LT50 of virus proliferation tested with larvae in 3 instar were 2.15 × 104 PIB/mL,8.395 × 103 PIB/larvae,6.7 d respectively.The BuSuNPV which proliferated from B.suppressaria larvae fed in laboratory had relatively high insecticidal activity,and it maybe considered for further development and utilization for forest pest prevention and control.
