摘要
以草莓品种‘丰香’、‘章姬’为试材,研究干旱胁迫下不同浓度钙处理对草莓叶片相对电导率、脯氨酸含量和抗坏血酸含量的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,外源钙处理能在一定程度上增加草莓叶片脯氨酸的含量,降低质膜透性,缩小抗坏血酸含量下降幅度,从而减轻膜的损害,提高草莓的抗旱性。
Taken the Fengxiang and Zhangji strawberry as materials, the effect of different concentrations of calcium on the relative conductance rate, the Pro and AsA content of strawberry leaf under drought stress was studied. The resuh showed that, different concentrations of calcium could increase the Pro content of leaf, reduce tile membrane permeability and delay the content decline of AsA , which reduced the harm to the cell membrane and improved the drought resistance of strawberry.
