金银花新品种‘花瑶晚熟’选育及抗逆性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以灰毡毛忍冬优良变异植株为试验研究材料,经过品种比较试验,从中选育出金银花新品种‘花瑶晚熟’。对‘花瑶晚熟’的植物学特性、经济性状、物候期及抗逆性进行研究,结果表明:经多年田间试验观测,‘花瑶晚熟’的花蕾较其他品种晚成熟10 d左右,且花期长,适合采摘加工。‘花瑶晚熟’的花蕾整齐、花冠一直不开裂、产量高,定植第五年干花产量达378 kg/666.7 m2,是‘普通灰毡毛忍冬’的3.5倍;‘花瑶晚熟’花质优,干花中绿原酸含量高达8.86%,是‘普通灰毡毛忍冬’的1.92倍。在干旱、低温和水淹胁迫下,‘花瑶晚熟’抗旱、抗寒能力最强,‘金翠蕾’次之,‘普通灰毡毛忍冬’最弱;‘金翠蕾’抗涝能力略强于‘花瑶晚熟’,显著强于‘普通灰毡毛忍冬’。 New variety of Lonicera macranthoides cv. huayaowanshu is selected from Lonicera macranthoides. The botanical characteristics, economic characters, phenological phase and stress resistance of the new variety are researched. The results show that, with long florescence and its blooming stage is about 10 days later than other varieties, it is beneficial to pick. Lonicera macranthoides cv. huayaowanshu has indehiscent corollas, orderly flower buds and high yield. Its dried flower output is 378 kg/666. 7 m2 in the 5'h year after planting, 3.5 times the output of common variety. It has high chlorogenic acid content of 8. 86%, 1.92 times the content of common variety. Under the drought, low temperature and water stress, the abilities of drought resistance and cold resistance was Loni- cera macranthoides cv. huayaowanshu 〉 Lonicera macranthoides cv. fincuilei 〉 Lonicera macranthoides, the abilities of waterlogging resistance was Lonicera macranthoides cv. jincuilei 〉 Lonicera macranthoides cv. huayaowanshu 〉 Lonicera macranthoides.
