陆水枢纽大坝安全运行管理信息化建设初探

Research on information construction of dam safety operation management of Lushui Project

随着经济社会的发展,陆水水利枢纽运行管理中信息获取与处理不及时和信息资源利用率低下等问题日渐突出。为此,陆管局依托长江设计院,建设了自己的大坝安全运行管理系统平台。通过该平台的信息查询、检查观测、安全管理、应急管理、闸门监控、视频监控及综合管理等功能,实现了陆水水利枢纽运行管理的信息化和自动化,提升了枢纽工程现代化管理水平。

Lushui Reservoir, undertaking the comprehensive task of flood control, irrigation, power generation, water supply for city, tourism, navigation, aquaculture and scientific experiment of water resources and hydropower, is a large （II） water re- sources project. With the development of economy and society, some problems became prominent, including delaying information acquisition and processing and low utilization ratio of information resources in the operation management of Lushui Project. There- fore, dam safety operation management system was established by the Bureau of Lushui Experimental Hydropower Complex Man- agement with the support of Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, design and Research. Through information inquiry, check -up and observation, safety management, emergency management, sluice control, screen monitoring, comprehensive manage- ment and other functions of the platform, automatic and convenient operation management of the project is realized, and its mod- ernization management level is also raised.
