陆水大坝安全视频监控系统设计与运行管理

Design and operation of safety video surveillance system of Lushui Dam

长期以来,陆水大坝的安全管理工作存在着劳动强度大、工作时间长、工作手段原始等问题,现有办公设施和监控手段无法满足工程管理单位的职能要求。在充分调查和分析陆水枢纽库区大坝安全监控现状的基础上,结合陆水水库防汛调度的要求,建立了陆水大坝安全视频监控系统。整个系统由前端设备、传输设备及监控设备三部分组成,整体布局合理,监控效果良好,可供同类水利大坝工程管理工作借鉴。

For a long time, the safety management of Lushui Dam had been restricted by strong labor intensity, long working time and backward surveillance measures, and the administrative department could not fulfill its duty due to the existing instru- ments and surveillance measures. On the basis of investigation and analysis on the safety surveillance status of Lushui hydro - complex, we establish a safety video surveillance system that is developed aiming at the flood control demand of Lushui Reser- voir. The system, with rational layout and excellent monitoring effects, is consisted of front - end equipment, transmission equip- ment and surveillance equipment.
