A Reliable Logic MDIO Interface Design Method

本文介绍了一种可靠的MDIO接口逻辑设计的方法。目前已使用在AFDX交换机专用集成电路芯片上。该设计采用VHDL进行描述,并使用Modelsim进行了仿真,结果表明,该设计的正确性和可靠性。同时在AFDX交换机板级调试过程中,也验证了设计的正确性。

This paper introduces a reliable logic design method of MDIO interface. This design method has already been applied in AFDX Ethernet switch chip. All functions are described by VHDL and stimulated by Modelsim. The results prove the validity and reliability of this design. At the same time, it has been tested by the AFDX switch board. The results also prove its feasibility and reliability.
